What is the main purpose of the ball mill reducer? How does it work?
The reducer on the upper part of the ball mill is connected with the main shaft of the mill. The lower part of the simplified ball mill is connected with a conical simplified body through a set of elastic mechanisms, and the two cylinders can move up and down. The above-mentioned annular cone plate is installed in the conical cylinder, and the grinding roller is above the lining. And there is an adjustable material layer thickness on the lining between the two. A rotatable cone disc is installed in the cylinder under the main shaft, and several grinding rollers are installed around the cone disc.
There is a ring-shaped conical lining under the grinding roller. The reducer of the ball mill is located at the uppermost part of the machine. The reducer is connected to a base, and the base is equipped with a rotating main shaft. The lower part of the base is connected to a simplified cylinder. The lower part is installed on the foundation, and the inspection door is opened in the middle of the cylinder. The cone disc and part of the grinding roller are in the cylinder. There is a feeding port and a feeding hopper on the machine base, and a rotatable sprinkling disc is installed on the main shaft on the upper part of the cylinder.
