3. Selection of the material of the HP Cone Crusher Main Shaft
a. For Preventing the occurrence of excessive iron, it is inevitable that some foreign matter will be mixed in the transportation of the stone before entering the cone crusher. In addition, it is non-magnetic and cannot be discharged through the iron remover. And the size is usually large and cannot be smooth through the stone crusher. These objects cannot be crushed. In the long term, it will cause the main shaft to wear out, and cause the cone crusher to overload operation, even the whole machine will get stuck.
b. Adjust the lubricating oil temperature. The oil inlet temperature should be around 38℃ under normal conditions if the spindle is to be used normally. And the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet should be within 3℃. If it exceeds, it means that there is overheating between the spindle and the sleeve. It will induce the spindle to break if the temperature goes down.
