1. Spring Cone Crusher Product Introduction

It consists of a crushing cone 17 with a manganese steel liner and a fixed cone (ie, the adjustment ring 10 in the figure). Zinc alloy is poured between the liner and the cone to ensure its close integration. The crushing cone 17 is press-fitted on the main shaft 15, and its lower surface is inserted into the tapered hole of the eccentric shaft sleeve 31, and a bush made of bronze or MC-6 nylon is inserted into the tapered hole of the eccentric shaft sleeve. When the electric drive drives the eccentric shaft sleeve to rotate through the bevel gears 4 and 5, the main shaft and the crushing cone supported by the spherical bearing make a swing motion to achieve the purpose of crushing the ore.


(2) Adjusting device. The adjustment device of the cone crusher is actually a part of the fixed cone, which consists of an adjustment ring, a supporting ring 8, a locking nut 18, a pushing hydraulic cylinder 9, a locking hydraulic cylinder and a piston 19. The supporting ring 8 is installed on the top of the frame 7 and is tightly attached to the frame by means of the tension spring 6 around the crusher. The contact surfaces of the supporting ring 8 and the adjusting ring have serrated threads. The supporting ring 8 is equipped with two pairs of pawls and a pair of pushing hydraulic cylinders. The locking hydraulic cylinder and piston are mounted on the upper part of the support ring 8. The contact surface of the lock nut and the adjusting ring is also made of serrated threads. When the crusher is working normally, the locking hydraulic cylinder is filled with pressure oil, so that the serrated threads of the contact surface of the locking nut, the supporting ring and the adjusting ring are inclined to fit closely to achieve the purpose of locking. First unload the locking hydraulic cylinder to loosen the serrated thread when the discharge port needs to be adjusted, f, and then manipulate the hydraulic system to start and push the hydraulic cylinder to drive the adjustment ring to rotate. (3) Dustproof device. The dust-proof device of the cone crusher is shown in Figure 2. It consists of water tank 1 (annular groove 23 in Figure 1), drainage groove 2, retaining ring 3, annular ring 4 (ie, spherical collar 22 in Figure 1) and retaining Ring 5 and other composition. The water is sent to tank 1 through the inlet pipe by the water pump, and then overflows to the drain tank 2, and is discharged through the drain pipe. Due to the blocking effect of the annular ring 4, the dust cannot enter the inside of the machine and fall into the water tank 1 and be taken away by the circulating water flow, thereby protecting the transmission parts of the machine.


(4) Safety device. The spring safety cone crusher uses a spring installed around the frame as a safety device. The support ring and adjustment ring supported on the spring are forced to lift up to compress the spring, so that the size of the discharge port increases, and the non-crushed material can be discharged when the crusher is overloaded. Then the support ring is supported by the spring force. The adjustment ring is automatically reset and the crushing can be carried out again. Obviously, the spring is not only a safety device, but at the same time it will produce a certain crushing force during crushing. 2. Symons Cone Crusher Working principle

The spring cone crusher consists of a movable cone and a fixed cone to form a crushing cavity. The movable cone is press-fitted on the main shaft (hard shaft), and one end of the main shaft is inserted into the tapered hole of the eccentric shaft sleeve. A bronze bushing or nylon bushing is installed in the tapered hole of the eccentric shaft sleeve. When the transmission gear drives the eccentric shaft sleeve to rotate, the main shaft deep in the eccentric shaft sleeve drives the movable cone to make a oscillating motion, so that the movable cone surface and the fixed cone are separated and timed, resulting in crushing and discharging. The adjustment device and locking mechanism of the spring cone crusher are mainly composed of an adjustment ring, a supporting ring, a locking nut, a pushing cylinder and a locking cylinder. 


The supporting ring is installed on the upper part of the frame and is tightly attached to the frame by means of springs around the crusher. When the crusher is working, the high-pressure oil enters the locking cylinder to raise the piston, and the locking nut and the adjusting ring are slightly pushed up, so that the serrated threads of the two are in close contact with each other. It is necessary to relieve the pressure of the locking cylinder to loosen the serrated thread when adjusting the discharge port, i, and then turn on the hydraulic system to push the cylinder to move, thereby driving the adjustment ring to rotate to the left or right, with the help of serrated thread transmission to achieve a fixed cone Rise and fall to achieve the purpose of adjusting the discharge outlet.


The safety protection measure is to install the spring group around the frame as a safety device. When a non-crushed object enters the crushing chamber, the supporting ring and the adjusting ring supported on the spring are forced to lift up to compress the spring, thereby increasing the distance between the movable cone and the fixed cone, and increasing the size of the discharge port. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the traingle-belt, large pulley, transmission shaft, small bevel gear, and large bevel gear at work.
