1) Preparation work before starting the jaw crusher:
1. Carefully check whether there is enough lubricating grease in the connection between the bearing and the bearing seat

3. The transmission conveyor belt is in good condition. If there are signs of wear, replace it immediately. If there is grease on the belt or pulley, wipe it with a clean cloth;

3) Daily maintenance of jaw crusher
1. Check the heating of the rolling bearing. For rolling bearings, the heat cannot exceed 70°C, and for sliding bearings, the heat cannot exceed 60°C. If the heat exceeds the prescribed standard, you should stop immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
2. Check whether the lubrication system is operating normally, whether the gear pump is working or not, check the index value of the oil pressure gauge, check whether the oil in the oil tank is sufficient, and whether there is oil leakage. If problems with these components are found, they should be dealt with in time. Suspend the shaft plate and shaft head, and use manual or automatic dry oil pump to regularly inject oil. The small crushing motor suspension bearing is added with a butter cup, about every 40-60 minutes. Add oil to the elbow of the bracket every 3-4h.
3. Check whether there are other materials such as metal powder in the oil. If there are other materials, stop and open the bearing and other parts for investigation.
4. Check whether the connecting parts such as bolts and flywheel keys are loose.
5. Check the wear of the gear plate and transmission parts, and check whether the pull rod spring is operating normally.
6. Frequently perform cleaning operations to ensure that there is no dust, no stains, no oil leakage, water leakage, and electricity leakage, especially to prevent dust from entering the lubricating components.
7. Clean the filter cooler regularly. After cleaning, it should be completely dried before use.
8. Regularly replace the lubricating grease in the oil tank, usually every 6 months.
