The existing connection between the drive shaft and the pulley usually adopts a tight fit and a key pin. The pulley needs to be heated during the specific assembly, so that the shaft hole of the pulley is heated and expanded, and then the connecting end of the drive shaft is placed In the shaft hole of the pulley, the connecting end of the drive shaft can also be pressed into the shaft hole of the pulley by means of mechanical compression. On the one hand, this connection method is troublesome for assembly, and on the other hand, it is more difficult once the pulley needs to be removed from the drive shaft. And this may even damage the connecting surface of the transmission shaft and pulley.
