Symons Old Spring Cone Crusher
Old Spring safety cone crusher, multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and Symons cone crusher are mainly composed of transmission part, support sleeve part, adjustment sleeve part, eccentric sleeve part, bowl-shaped bearing frame part, crushing cone part, feed support part, hydraulic and lubrication system, spring part (multi-cylinder is safety cylinder part), etc. Symons cone crusher has more cavity cleaning system than the other two models.
Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is composed of transmission part, eccentric sleeve part, crushing cone part, upper frame body part, hydraulic cylinder part, hydraulic lubrication system, etc. Its structure is simple and easy to use and maintain.
When the crusher is working, the rotation of the motor is transmitted to the eccentric sleeve through the coupling or pulley, transmission shaft and bevel gear. The crushing cone part is forced by the eccentric sleeve to make a swinging motion around a fixed point, so that the crushing wall of the crushing cone is sometimes close to and sometimes away from the surface of the mortar wall fixed on the adjustment sleeve or upper frame, so that the ore is continuously impacted, squeezed and bent in the crushing cavity and crushed. The crushed ore is discharged from the crushing chamber through the discharge port by its own weight.
